Booking

You book a tour in advance, by WhatsApp message, by phone call or through the form on the site. The tour is set once Yoav has confirmed the date, the route and the price.

Payment

Payment methods and timing are set in the offer: [payment methods]. You receive an invoice as the law requires.

Cancellation and weather

• Cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour: full refund.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before the tour: a partial cancellation fee may apply.
• Cancellation on the day of the tour, or not showing up: no refund.
• Extreme weather: a full refund or a new date.

Health and participation

Participants declare that their health allows them to go on the tour. If there is a limitation, a medical condition or a special need, it helps to tell us in advance so that we can adapt the tour. Each participant is responsible for their own gear.
